Amazon Store

Clan Donald USA North Pacific Region has a Amazon store. We have listed many recommended Books and DVD's that we think you will like. If you know of one we have not listed...drop me a line, I will be happy to add it to the store.

For those who are not familiar with the process, if you enter Amazon through our link, no matter what you purchase...we get a small percentage. These funds help support our Region...paying for the tent fees so that we can have a presence at the Festivals and Games. They also help with the All Clan Banquet that we host every October in Renton, WA. They are also used to purchase the materials that we carry to each event (books/maps/etc...).

You can find the link under Clan Donald Links to the left...it is also in every issue of the "Signal'. along with the current recommended Book and DVD.

Thank you for all your support, we couldn't do it without you!

Eugene Scottish Festival - May 18th 2013

The new season is upon us! With Albany being cancelled this year, this was our first event. So that means we dragged everything out of the attic, tossed it into the van and hit the road. And found our selves without an item or two...of course. No worries! We will get everything updated and refilled and be back on track for our next event...The Newport Celtic Festival. At least we had the Crest stamp with us as they had a kids event where they needed to collect them from all the Clans...we couldn't disappoint the wee ones!

Our southern most Convener, Tyler Brotherton came up from the Roseburg area with his daughter. And we had quite a few folks drop by the tent, some just getting out of the rain...but, lots of chatting with new friends and old.

The bangers were spot on...and I heard that the Scotch eggs were pretty darn good too! There were lot's of sweet items for sale also...Todd managed to sample a few different ones. I liked the chocolate dipped shortbread.

I managed to pick up several birthday presents at the vendors while I was there...and I scored a book on Skye Terriers.

I will post pictures in a separate entry.
